Set a pot of water over medium heat, add sea salt, and put AKARA EGGOLOGY ‘Omega-3 & Vitamin E eggs’ gently into the pot for 6 minutes. Then, immediately put it into a bowl of cold water and peeled all 5 eggs prepared.
Make the boiled egg mayonnaise filling by taking 4 boiled eggs, separate the egg white and yolk. Finely chop the egg whites in a mixing bowl followed by the yolk, add mayonnaise, season with sea salt and black pepper, and add the chopped green onions. Then, mix everything.
Making sandwiches by placing the bread on the cutting board. Cut the remaining 1 boiled egg in half, place it in the bread center, and place the yolk.
