Egg white from 'MORI-TAMA' Japanese-style eggs 4 eggs
Cornstarch ½ teaspoon
Sugar 250 g
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Strawberries and Blueberries (For serving)
Honey (for topping)

Equipment needed: electric egg beater
Vanilla sauce
Egg yolks from 'MORI-TAMA' Japanese-style eggs 4 eggs
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Salt ⅛ teaspoon
Sugar 180 g
Milk ½ cup

Making vanilla sauce by beating egg yolk from ‘MORI-TAMA’ eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Then, mixing until creamy and lightly colored. After that, put the milk in a mixing bowl and stir. Pour all ingredients into the pot and set on medium heat. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens, turn off the heat, let the sauce cool completely, and then put the sauce in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.


To make the meringue, add egg whites from ‘MORI-TAMA’ eggs and cornstarch into a mixing bowl. Mix egg whites by using the electric egg beater until it starts to foam up. Then, gradually add the sugar little by little and continue beating until egg whites are fluffy and firm peaks form. After that, put lemon juice into a mixing bowl. Continue stirring until egg white is shiny and set aside to cool.


Boil water in a wide-mouthed pot over medium heat. When the water starts to boil, put the meringue you made into the water for 2 minutes on each side. Then, scoop it up and set it aside on a plate.


Place the boiled meringue on a plate. Topped with vanilla sauce and served with strawberries and blueberries. Topped with honey and decorated with mint leaves. Then, the Meringue with Vanilla sauce is ready to serve with deliciousness.
