|Equipment needed: sweet egg pan (square shape) and chopsticks|
Put ‘AKARA EGGOLOGY’ Organic Eggs in a bowl seasoned with sugar, salt, mirin, and dashi stock. Use chopsticks to beat the eggs well. Strain the eggs through a sieve frequently.
Heat a square pan over low heat. Use a brush dipped in vegetable oil to apply a thin pan. Use a ladle to scoop about ¼ cup of egg mixture into the pan, peel the eggs into thin strips. Sprinkle grilled salmon, spinach, and Parmesan cheese.
